Sleek Design in cars: hybrids and solar: sinus and collectors!

I think perhaps you'd like to see some sleek designs in a motor car.
Everything is computer assisted nowadays and just look what it produces. Nice!
Turkish designer Ugur Sahin had this to say
The main characteristics of the design are the way its surface shapes are formed with a continuous flow from the front end until the back of the car" explains Ugur Sahin.
The main inspiration came from Nature: "[...] we usually do not realize that everything in nature has its specific curves and flowing lines and it is very rare to spot perfectly straight lines."
"The main goal was to implement this design aspect into a car which creates a relaxing, energetic, vibrant and confident feeling."

The sleek design of the rear volume is defined by the dual exhaust tail pipes located at the very sides and by the dark surfaces of the diffuser.
Moving right along and many would say 'down' the track is the hybrid car which is not nearly so impressive to look at.
Driving instruction in Toyota Prius and Ford Escape , gas-electric hybrid cars are the cars used in training some new drivers.
Emission from vehicles is nearly 1/3 of the USA's air pollution, with 97% less hydrocarbon and oxides of nitrogen emissions the instruction is clean and energy efficient.
Now we would not want to go past solar driven vehicles would we, while we wait for large trucks to run over us.
Solar-produced electricity to power electric motors, being grid-independent means a solar-powered car’s performance depends on batteries and special energy-saving construction methods (light-weight construction, aerodynamics). They must also provide enough surface area for the photovoltaic cells.
They are so close to the road as to cause potential traffic accident threats for my liking.
And now, moving away from vehicles we get down to the nose of the matter with this hand held ultrasound device to see inside frontal and maxillary sinuses, saves the harm from x-rays and can be done by unskilled hands.
And now for the BIG news of the day. Did you know that technology gadgets have now become collectors' items? That's how long they've been around and they are worth MONEY, often far in excess of what they cost and here is one of the many, pictured, each item carries its own stories.
As for me, I'm hitting the books and the internet and I'm even thinking of getting some of those brain trainers katyzzz is always talking about. Was my dad MAD, tell you about it as soon as I have a chance.
