Porsche 911 named best performance car ever.

December 19th 2007 20:26
Best car
Porsche 911

Auto Express has named the Porsche 911 the greatest high-performance car of all time from a pool of 60 cars produced over the last 50 years.

It was praised for its meticulous development over that period since the first model's launch in 1963.

Porsche engineers continue with its proven development.

It won over a field of 1950-59 Lotus Seven, 1960-69 Jaguar E-Type, 1970-79 Lotus Esprit, 1980-89 Ford Sierra Cosworth and 1990-99 McLaren F1.

Auto Express is a well renowned auto magazine.

I rather like that big banana, good for those types who are rather racey.
