This is a factory over-stocked settop box with twin tuner & recording function, so today we slashed the price down to the rock bottom as $19.95 only. A common Standard Definition settop box is at least $35 and a SD settop box with USB recording function is at least $120 , never seen such a great bargain, must grab one!
