RM announces Â£169 Asus miniBook laptop for students

Education PC manufacturer RM has launched an ultra-portable PC that costs just £169 (excl VAT). Weighing just 890g, the RM Asus miniBook has a 7in colour screen, 256Mb or 512Mb of RAM, and either a 2Gb or 4Gb SSD drive.

I got me one of them, one of the best things I have ever bought. So compact, I had to put it in Advanced Mode though, I simply must have a desktop wallpaper

And there is no need to put Windows on there, the Advances d mode does everything you need and looks pretty much like Windows anyway
