IPod Apps Activity for Investigation/Implementation
Read the following steps in order to complete the activity:
1. Check out the IPod apps for educators by clicking on the link below: Your text goes here
2. Investigate a few apps and choose one that you would like to implement in the classroom.
3. Give a short presentation of how you would use the app in the classroom.
This activity takes place at the end of the professional development training during the last hour of the training. This is the very last activity that is performed. To this point, the teachers have received instruction on the functions of the device. They have also been exploring some applications and have used them. Everyone has been given ideas on how apps are used in the classroom. This last and final activity allows teachers to explore some more apps on their own and actually choose one and develop an activity on their own on how they would implement this activity in to their classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers to create and demonstrate what they have learned.
